Cathedral Cove, Mount Maunganui and White Island

Stunning memories I am able to write about today.

Alright, since there were requests that I should write in English I will follow to do so.

First of all: Milena and I really enjoy the time in New Zealand. This is such a stunning country with so many different facets and sites that you never get bored. Actually sometimes you just need to take your time to process what you just did for the last few days.

Tenosique: Cowboys, culture and almost in Guatemala!

Here we go, another trip to tell. Lukas and his girlfriend Julia actually wanted to plan a trip to Belize and a few of our house wanted to join him. So we “ordered” Ferdinando to our house to give us some advice for the trip. He came with Ovidio and so we started the discussion. In the end the outcome was that we will not go to Belize but to a place called Tenosique in the province Tabasco, where the parents of Ovidio are living.

Roadtrip!

There we are: Tabasco, the province where Tenosique is located!
It was a 6-8 hour trip (depending on how often you stop for food and stuff – we needed 8 hours :-D).

Cumpleaños | Birthday | Geburtstag

Dear all my friends and my loving family!

Since this i my first birthday i spend apart from my family and my friends, it is probably quite different for all of us. This is one of the moments which I would like to spend here and also in Austria with all of you guys! Unfortunately this is not possible, so what I want you to do is having a good time while thinking of me, talking about me and have a drink on me! Well at this point I have to thank my uncle Kurt, because I just read the blog from his "trip around the world" the first time (I know thats 6 years ago now, but when I was 17 I wasn't very interested in reading blogs ;-))! I like the idea of you guys talking and thinking about me, because so do I!

Thanks for all the good friendships and family I have, even if it's not always easy caused by distances! And I am also grateful for all the experiences I had and will have with you people! :-) I hope you have a good time and we will all come together, when I arrive in Austria!

Thank you!

Un fin de semana que fue chingon y pocamadre!

Alright ladies and gentlemen! I really have to apologize for not writing the last weeks! But I had to fulfill my tasks as a student, so I unfortunately had a lot of homework, projects and exams to do. Besides the bunch of work I had to do, I also had to travel and all the stuff together was probably the reason why I didn’t blog anymore. But since there were a few requests I decided to continue to write this week. Maybe with more pictures than text, but I don’t think that you mind, because sometimes pictures can describe more than thousand words :-)

Well then I start with our trip to Tulum and Akumal. It was a very beautiful and very casual (or how the Mexicans would say “tranquilo”) trip. We were altogether eleven people with a rented minivan to go there. We started at the 17th of August during the early morning to get there. Somehow a Mexican road trip always includes beer, even if it starts early in the morning :-D

A few hours later we arrived in Tulum at our camping place which was quite amazing, because there were just a few people. Generally the people we stayed were backpackers and travelers around the world. So the atmosphere was also very special and absolutely not touristic at all! And now I remember that I charged my camera all night and I guess accidently I pushed the power-button when we stepped into the car. So when I wanted to take pictures I could because the battery was low. But I asked everyone else to also take some pictures of and for me so I can still provide you some!

I guess a lot of people know this pictures from facebook yet, but for all the others - try to find me! ;-)
